Where is all the Change? It's Been 2 Weeks! Wasnt Bush Still on Vacation at this point in his first term?

Its been 2 weeks already!!!!!
I'm starting to wonder if we are in any way a United States....
If we don't get our heads out of our asses and ACT like we have a number of dire problems to solve we are more than sunk.

Do you really think that 2 weeks is enough time to cure a nation's illnesses?
Do you really think that all the issues facing our Country only happened in the last 2 weeks?
Do you think that execs should be getting millions in bonus dollars from the taxpayer cache?
Do you think it is fine that 1200 people camped out for 35 job openings in the fucking cold while some were standing around in their pricey suits telling me that damn tax breaks will do those people a favor come the first of the month????
Do you think that we can continue to give a damn about about bashing an individual (under the guise of Christianity) while whole families are wrecked because of economics and politics and sour fucking grapes?

STOP calling yourself a fucking Christian. Every time I see You (this is general) calling yourself that I wonder about all that love and kindness tempered with faith in your divine One is hiding, or rather rotting---if it ever even existed....
I am so angry that I can't be quiet anymore. Duck and cover...

I always figured we should just stop taxing altogether. I mean... if tax cuts are good for the economy, then doesn't it follow that taxes are bad for the economy? And doesn't it then follow that getting rid of all taxes would solve all our problems? It's logical.

Well we need tax revenue to pay for public schools, roads and the like so...

Not that logical. Taxes do more than what Prof. Snowden has stated. They go to a vast array of social programs that not only benefit the United States, but also its population. If taxes were cut, there would be no improvements on infrastructure. Roads would fall in disrepair, Schools (Arguably already) would fall into disrepair, thus stunting the possible future of a great multitude of children. Police and Fire departments who are already stretched too thin, would have to facilitate these cut backs even more. They also pay for Public Programs. Like Head Start which benifit the lower class children with adequate learning facilities, food, clothes and books. All in order to help those children succeed in school, and thus in life. Those taxes you want to lower, Would mean that the top 10% of the Upper Class, would increase their income by a third. The poor, the Middle Class? They lose more of their percentage of income than the upper class does. The 3000 Dollars that a family of four pays in taxes each year, represents much more than just three grand. That's food, amenities, gas, clothes, everything else. The top 10%, what they pay in taxes represents little of their total wealth. These tax brackets, are in place for a reason.

If you want to improve the economy, stop giving tax breaks to people and companies who don't need it. Those million and billion dollar tax breaks are going right into the back pocket of someone who already has a full wallet. Capitalism isn't free. You want America to weather this economic storm, start looking at people who aren't effected by it, or worse, profiting from it.

uhm Prof. Snowden?
Anyway, of course taxes pay for more than I listed as referenced by my addition of the words "and so on". When either of you anonymous folks decide to put a name to your comments I'll happily engage until then, hide out elsewhere please.
